What the report reveals

Data straight from Apple and carrier databases — things you won't find in the listing.

iCloud / activation locki

The most common second-hand trap. We show whether the seller signed out of their Apple ID — without that you can't activate the phone and you're left with an expensive paperweight.

Carrier blacklisti

We check the worldwide GSMA database — whether the phone is reported lost, stolen or with unpaid debt and blocked on mobile networks.

Carrier locki

Find out whether it accepts any SIM, or is locked to a single carrier and won't work with another card.

Real agei

From the first activation date with Apple we work out the real age — exposing an "almost new" device that has actually been in use for years.

Device origini

From Apple's records you can spot a refurbished unit, a warranty replacement, a store demo unit or a service loaner — things a seller keeps quiet.

Czech Police stolen registeri

Czech carriers (O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone) use this register to block stolen phones on their networks. We point you straight to the official Czech Police app with the IMEI pre-filled.

A clear verdict at a glance

The report sums everything up into one result, so you don't have to dig through the details.

No warnings

All key checks passed. Nothing stands in the way of buying.

! Buy with caution

You can buy, but watch out for a few points (age, older model).

Not recommended

A serious problem — e.g. an iCloud lock. Hands off.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I find the IMEI?

On the phone dial *#06#, or find it in Settings → General → About. It's also on the phone's box and on some models it's engraved on the SIM tray. It's a 15-digit number.

Where does the report get its information?

We combine several official, verified sources into one clear place. Technical and service data about the phone — iCloud / activation lock status, warranty, age estimate and device origin — comes from the manufacturer's (Apple) databases. Blocking is verified in the international carrier database (GSMA). The stolen-phone register in the Czech Republic is then checked directly in the official Czech Police app, which the report points you to. All data describes the status as of the report's issue date.

Does a "clean" report mean the phone is 100% not stolen?

No. The report shows the status in Apple and carrier databases on a given day and links to the official Czech Police register, which you check yourself. It is not a legal guarantee.

What if the phone is iCloud-locked?

The report clearly marks it red with a "Not recommended" verdict. Don't buy such a phone — without the original owner's password you can't activate it.

What does "older model" (Apple "vintage") mean?

"Vintage" is Apple's label for models it stopped selling 5–7 years ago. The phone works completely normally — it just means official service and spare parts from Apple may no longer be available, so any repairs tend to be pricier or only through third-party shops. It's not a defect or a reason not to buy, just factor it into the price. Models older than 7 years are labelled "obsolete" by Apple and no longer serviced officially.

How fast will I get the report?

The report is generated automatically and is usually ready within one minute of payment. You get it as a web page, as a PDF download and by email.

How do I pay and get a receipt?

You pay online by card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay, with no sign-up. After payment, a tax receipt is emailed to you together with the report.

Can I check the phone before buying?

Yes, and we recommend it. Just have the seller send you the 15-digit IMEI (dial *#06#). That way you check the phone before you even meet the seller or pay anything.

What if the seller won't give me the IMEI?

The IMEI is a common identifier that in no way threatens the seller's privacy — an honest seller has no problem sharing it. If they refuse, treat it as a warning sign and rather walk away from the deal.

Do you also check iPads or Apple Watch?

For now we focus on iPhones, where iCloud-lock fraud is most common. Checks for iPads and other devices are coming.

Does it work for Android phones too?

For now we focus on iPhones, where iCloud-lock fraud is most common. Android is coming.
